End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your rights and obligations when using the software (“Program”) designed to provide access to the hangar, buyback, profile, and other sections on the robertsspaceindustries.com website (“Website”).
2. Grant of License
This agreement grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and fully revocable license to install and use the Program. You may not distribute, sell, or transfer the Program to third parties.
3. Use Restrictions
You are not allowed to modify, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works, distribute, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer rights to the Program to third parties.
4. Disclaimer
The Program is provided “as is”, without any warranties. The developer is not responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, related to the use of the program.
5. Termination of License
This license will remain in effect until it is terminated by you or the copyright holder. You can terminate the license at any time by removing the Program from all devices. The copyright holder has the right to terminate your license in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights to the Program belong to its developers. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you under this agreement.
7. Third-Party Ownership
All names, images, and other materials related to the Star Citizen game are the property of Cloud Imperium Games. These elements are used only for purposes related to the functionality of the Program and do not claim any rights or ownership of these elements.
